Client Portal & Practice Management

Scheduling, intake paperwork, consent forms, secure messaging, appointment information, and electronic payments are managed through the secure Client Portal powered by SimplePractice. The portal is designed to provide clients with a streamlined and confidential way to access and manage their care online.

Telehealth sessions are also conducted through the secure HIPAA-compliant platform integrated within the Client Portal.

Session Format

  • In-person sessions are scheduled within reserved office rental timeframes. Sessions extending beyond the scheduled appointment time will incur additional fees.

  • Extended sessions available upon request. Fees adjusted proportionally based on session length.

Fees

  • 50-minute Individual Adult Session: $250

  • 50-minute Couple Therapy Session: $250

  • 90-minute Individual/Couple Session: $350

  • Group Therapy - Fees vary based on group structure and format.

  • Tier 1 Therapy is a private-pay practice and does not accept insurance at this time, which means you pay directly for sessions. Clients may request a superbill (itemized receipt) for potential out-of-network reimbursements; however, reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on the client’s insurance plan.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows me to offer the time to another client. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as no-show appointments, will be charged the full session fee.

Good Faith Estimate & No Surprises Act: Under the No Surprises Act, clients who are uninsured or not using insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) outlining the anticipated cost of non-emergency services. A GFE will be provided before treatment begins and is available upon request. A GFE is an estimate, not a guarantee of total costs, and actual services may differ based on your needs. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your GFE, you may have the right to dispute the bill. Please keep a copy of any GFE you receive for your records.
